Letting go of smoking is the single most beneficial thing you can do for yourself, your health and your future. Exciting!
This isn't a 'I'll give it a try' scenario - this is I AM STOPPING but I want to make it easier.
There is a commitment needed - your session includes an audio you need to listen to for 10 days - to create lasting change you need to be ready to commit to taking this time for yourself (it is lovely to relax, and listen) and use the new tools I share with you.
If you feel like you need help to get yourself in the space of absolute certainty that you are ready to stop I suggest a session before hand.
